You will be picked up from Aquana Resort and transferred to the Mele Cascades where you will meet EDGE staff for a short briefing and putting on gear, before being guided up to a spectacular look-out over Mele Bay where you will have a short time to rest, have a drink and soak up the view.

From there, it's a short walk to the 8 metre practice cliff where you will be taught the basics. Each abseil finishes beside a stunning rock pool and then you ascend stairs with water cascading down them.

Now you are ready to abseil the 50 metres down the Cascades. this is done in two 25 metre pitches, the first taking you down past a cave and on the second you will actually cross underneath the waterfall before finishing into the pool below.

You will then be guided out through the beautiful cascades for refreshments and a chance to view photos of you taken during the tour which you may purchase.
