Make your way up the hill to Eratap village and experience how the locals live. See the church, school and get invited to the home of a family, where you can see how they prepare and cook their meals. Indulge in the panoramic view of the surrounding area. Then carry on down a path through the bush to the local natural fresh water spring, were you can cool off. From here you make your way back to Aquana. At Aquana you then will learn all about the coconut. See how the locals climb the palm tree to get the coconuts. Get to taste the different stages of a coconut and learn how coconut milk is made. After that hear about the uses of the coconut palm leaves and see how the women weave the leaves into items for daily use or for decorations. Maybe you even give it a try yourself. After that, you will learn about the local drink Kava and you will also witness, how Kava is made. If you are brave, you can then have a taste of the freshly made Kava.
